This is a pretty cool fan-made short film called Outside Aperture based on the outcome of the first Portal game.
It assumes that instead of being dragged back into the Aperture Science facility, heroine Chell escapes and makes a new life for herself and her trusty portal gun. Did I mention that she uses the awesome powers of the portal gun to bake a cake? Something about that just seems right – the baking, the portal gun, the kitchen; it all fits together so well.
It’s pretty damn good for a fan-made video so settle in and hit play. You won’t be disappointed.
